| Requirement of Paper Presentation |
| 1. |
While a regular is eligible
to present two papers with one payment (USD 500),
a student is available to present just
one paper with one payment (USD 250). For an extra
submission, it is needed for authors to pay USD
200 per paper additionally. |

In principle, at least one of the authors must make
a registration by the final manuscript submission deadline (May
30, 2013) in order for their paper to be included
in the program and proceedings of ISGC&E 2013. |
