2. Paper should be submitted in English using the ISGC&E 2013 format which can be downloaded.
3. Paper should be electronically submitted in PDF file.
4. In principle, at least one of the authors must make a registration by the final manuscript submission deadline (May 30, 2013) in order for their paper to be included in the program and proceedings of ISGC&E 2013.
5. While a regular is eligible to present two papers with one payment (USD 500), a student is available to present just one paper with one payment (USD 250). For an extra submission, it is needed for authors to pay USD 200 per paper additionally.
6. Acceptance notification (Full Paper and Two-page Summary of Full Paper) will be informed by May 15, 2013.
